Nope, those aren't New Years balloons from a snazzy celebration they are the art found on the ceiling of The Land in Epcot. You will notice they are seasonally themed since they reside above Sunshine Seasons!
Every picture I see of these beauties takes me right where I want to be...in my favorite place in my favorite park! Love everything about them shot from every angle!
