"The Child" aka "Baby Yoda" has burst onto the scene and created a galactic sized buzz.
Since the "baby" version of the same species as Jedi master Yoda, appeared in the Mandalorian, Star Wars fans have been chomping at the bit to get their hands on their own "baby." The problem is that the merchandise has been slow to trickle on to the market because Disney strategically held back on merchandising "Baby Yoda" to prevent spoilers.
It was a great idea to keep "The Child" under wraps and give Star Wars fans a true surprise but I wonder how much this has cost Disney in potential holiday sales.
Shop Disney has announced an adorable 11 inch plush ($24.99) that you can pre order now for delivery sometime after 3/1/20.

There are also the much anticipated figurines coming, including a Hasbro talking Baby Yoda but you will have to wait until May 2020. Many more items are being timed specifically near May 4th. I am sure many of us will be greeting our new Babies with the phrase "May the Forth be with You."
